Garforth Villa Annual General Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given that the 1st Annual General Meeting of the Members of Garforth Villa Football Club Limited will be held on Sunday, the 3rd July 2022 at 5:00PM to transact the following business:

• to receive from the Board the Club's accounts;
• to receive from the Board a report of the activities of the Club since formation of the company;
• to announce the election (as appropriate) of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Welfare Officer, and the Elected Directors to be appointed in accordance with these Articles; 
• to vote in amendments to the article sof associations as proposed by the board; and
• to transact such other business as may be brought before it.
