If you are looking to join Garforth Villa Football Club for the 2026/2027 season, this is the place to be. Please read the following carefully.

Junior Football

You can make an enquiry using the form below to register your child's details with us. This will add you to a waiting list. Please select the correct age group, otherwise your enquiry may not reach the correct managers/coaches. The school year is what your child will be starting in September 2026.

If a place is not available, some of our teams offer training only. We will contact you if this is available. If no place is available, we will add you to a waiting list and store your details securely, so we can contact you again in the future.

You can find information about our teams here (opens new window) and what division they currently play in which may help you choose a suitable team to contact. You can also select "Enquiries" for most age groups and the enquiry will sent to all managers in that age group.

Mini Villa is our football training activities for children in Nursery, Reception and School Year One age groups.

Important:

Remember, for juniors, you are registering the child's name!
Please select the correct age / school year as shown in the dropdown menu.
A FAN number, where requested, is a unique number for parent and player and is obtained from The FA. This is required to register players to the club and leagues. You can obtain a FAN here. Register the parent first, then add a child to your account.

Information For New Player Enquiries

If you are not already part of a team at Garforth Villa Football Club, you need to register an interest to play. It's really easy to do so on the form above. Below is some helpful information.

Instalments (Monthly Fee)

When you register for Mini Villa, Juniors, Girls, Womens or Vets you will pay by instalments (monthly fee). Our instalments are over 9 months from September to May. If you join midway through a month, a pro-rata payment will apply for the remaining days left in the month.

Instalments are taken by SportMember, who we use to administer club membership and payments. Payments are usually collected at the start of each month.

1. Juniors & Girls Football

Full Playing Rate:
- £270.00 per year, payable by instalments of £30 per month.
- A matchday kit will be supplied for the duration of the membership. You must return the kit if you leave.
Sibling Discount:
- We offer a sibling discount of 25% on full playing rate. This applies to one further child at our club but only if the HOME address is the same.
Training only:
- Where available we may be able to offer training slots in our Junior and Girls teams. This is when a team is full in terms of match day squads.
- £270 per year, payable by instalments of £30 per month.
- The club's training kit will be provided instead of a match day kit.
- If you join the match day squad, you will need to purchase the match day kit from the club shop.

2. Mini Villa & Pan Disability

£270 per year, payable by instalments of £30 per month.
The club's training kit will be provided.

3. Seniors (16+ Open Age)

Full Playing Rate: £270 per year, payable by instalments of £30 per month.
A matchday kit will be supplied for the duration of the membership.

4. Vets

Full Playing Rate: £150.00 per year, payable by instalments of £15.00 per month.
A matchday kit will be supplied for the duration of the membership.

5. Walking Football

£30 annual registration + £3.50 per session.
Training top will be provided.

SportMember

To administer membership and payments, the club uses SportMember. This is accessible by App and desktop. You can easily update your profile in the App or by logging into your account at www.SportMember.co.uk. Click on your profile and make the necessary changes.
